PWT Solutions was founded in 2004 by Marine Corps veteran Joe Lamphere with a mission to develop people and organizations that others depend on. What began as a company focused on advanced firearms and tactical instruction has evolved into a leadership, preparedness, and performance development firm serving corporate teams, private equity portfolio companies, schools, law enforcement, government agencies, and responsible civilians.
